Randy worked very closely with Jack, adhering to his techniques and practices, and in 1987 when Mr. Berg retired, Randy went to work for Willamette Masonry, a commercial company based in Salem, OR. In 1999 ready to spread his wings, Randy started his own business specializing in both residential and commercial work.
